I took a strong interest in the unhealthy foods; he stated some important information about the unhealthiest foods you can eat. #6 Pancakes roll, which is like a pig in a blanket it is a pancake rolled up with sausage, eggs, cheese and syrup on the side. This may look and sound delicious but this dish contains 973mg of cholesterol, wow! That is a big heart attack waiting to happen.
#5 large burrito loaded with rice, tomatoes, steak, cheese and beans contains a whopping 1,690 calories! The amount of calories you are supposed to consume in one day are 1200 to 2500 and that burrito has one day\'s calorie in one meal. If you are on a diet plan than of course you should be taking in under 2,000 calories.
#4 Fish with parmesan breading has a lot of sodium in it, 3,360mg now that\'s a lot of salt! The average person should consume no more than 2300mg of salt per day according to Dr.Oz. That\'s like begging for high blood pressure which can lead to heart disease, consuming a lot of salt can also dehydrate the body and cause water weight gain that will give you swollen ankles, swollen feet and everything else. If you dine out a lot, before ordering that meal that looks so good ask for the nutrition content of the meal you are about to eat.
#3 Pizzas, I love it but I don\'t eat it that much. A pepperoni and meatball pizza has 953gm of fat, per slice is 25 grams of fat and the daily consumption of fat intake should be 50 grams. Eating that one slice of pizza is half a day\'s worth of food. If you love pizza, try going for one with more veggies, less meat and if you can just go for a plain cheese pizza at least you will get your dairy intake in one sitting instead of clogged arteries, which can trigger a stroke!
